South Florida Restaurants Gearing Up For Holiday Crowds

Local restaurants adding staffers and tables as they brace for Thanksgiving Eve crowds. Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association Board member Danielle Rosse [[ross-ee]] owns Oceans 234 in Deerfield Beach and says nobody wants to cook the night before the holiday. While Millennials and Gen Z are embracing dining out, Baby Boomers have remained the most traditional, with 72% saying they are making holiday meals themselves this year. Mother's and Valentine's Days are the most popular days to eat out during the year.
