Each week during quarantine Metallica has been releasing recordings of some of their most epic concerts from the past 40 years. We've seen epic stadium shows, intimate fan club shows, and now a throwback concert from 1983! This show was recorded at the small Metro Club in Chicago, back in the Kill Em' All days when the band fought record labels, and radio airplay before becoming one of the biggest bands on the planet. My favorite part is Kurt's guitar solo, shredding against the amp while smoke acts as early 'pyro' effects. Surly a sign of things to come.
